We're dedicated to showcasing accessible vegan cuisine, and our focus on customer service and the dining experience is unwavering. As a Chef at the Harp & Crown, you will:
Craft a diverse range of dishes, ranging from classics to innovative creations using seasonal ingredients.
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house management to ensure a seamless and stylish dining experience for our guests.
Work in conjunction with our management team on a daily basis, assisting with kitchen setup and closing procedures.
Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, with an average of around 45 hours per week.
Manage kitchen logistics efficiently, from sourcing the best deals to liaising with suppliers.
